Sunday, 15/06/08 It was really long since I last write in my blog. Sry bloggers. K, lets get back to the topic... I went to a campsite at Dairy Farm(near Bukit Timah), Singapore. N do u noe tat it is my 1st time going to the campsite n staying there? Nvm... It was a 3 day 2 nite camp. Enjoyed the games tat had been planned!!! K, let me start of with the negative point.... Hav 2 hancuff our hands when we eat our lunch! They wanted us 2 feel how the ppl hav their meals during the war time... Anyway, the theme 4 the camp was about Japanese Occupation. K... Now tell more about the toilets...I was really disappointed when i saw the toilet. It was so dirty!!! Erm... hav 2 use the male toilet at the 1st day siah. As there are 2 toilets outside domitries 3A an 3B(my domitry @3A), 1 for female 1 for male. So, at the bathing time, no boys can use the toilet @ the girl's domitries. N do u noe tat the boys can also use the gals toilet near their domitry... Erm... Me can't sleep during the 1st nite leh... Tossed n turned 4 quite a long time...:( coz not used to sleep in a sleeping bag... n, someone touched me when i really was getting sleepy... N u noe wat!!! I was about 2 sleep liao!!! Got fed up tat nite n told the trainer tat someone(whom i noe hu was the one) woke me up. K... actually tat day was like a little fun n a little kindad gross... K... let me talk about the next day... Erm... I hav 2 repeat tis!!! I really got disgusted when i went into the toilet the next day to brush my teeth!:'( Got ready in a few min... N hav my back pack on my back! K... the 2nd dats activity was quite thrilling but i ate breakfast and hav 2 do area cleaning everyday!!! Luckily I did not hav 2 wash the toilet!:) K, started the day by tat... After finishing the area cleaning thing, we went hiking @ the forest near Dairy Farm. Erm... we were supposed 2 climp 2 the summit of the Bukit Timah Hill( i thk) but we ended up going a long way into somewhere(i dunno where) tat has coz a long way out siah!!! one of my group members got injured and n only about 6 ppl stop! I shouted to ask them 2 stop but they would'nt. I think they tot i am lying... K... Nvm... Erm... Got back 2 Dairy Farm after a few hours there. Discussed about the cheer we had 2 perform 4 the campfire... N it was lunch time after tat! There is a mission 4 us 2 complete 4 lunch. The mission was 2 share the syrup water among our group members. Of course it was easy!!! Coz not much ppl like tat so much it was like bandung drink. In fact not many ppl like bandung so there was still leftover. K... After tat washed our cutleries. N it was time 2 play those high elements!!! I was quite excited when it was time 2 play the high elements!!! 1st we tried the flying fox. It was very fun!!! So Thrilling!!! Erm... I was actually quite scared when i was at the top but i told myself 2 relax. N i said the word" die". "Touchwood" n the person hit my head leh! Luckily I had my helmet on! Erm... before we go down we hav 2 shout"Clear Runway" n the ppl down there hav 2 check whether the runway is cleared if it is cleared, they hav 2 shout "Runway Cleared".then the person up there will ask if i am ready. then when i am pushed down, he would say bye bye. K... It was a sudden one. The flying fox there was very thrilling!!! K... Erm... About the thing we had 2 walk across, quite easy if we walk across the string. Erm... it is a little difficult 4 me 2 climb up as i am a little scared. It wa sthe most difficult 4 me 2 climb down as i can't put my leg down the platform. Perhaps I was scared.K... Now the rock climbing. Erm... It was difficult as some of the parts 4 us 2 climb was small 4 my leg! so i did'nt climb up high.Ks... I did'nt hav the chance 2 try the abseiling! So sad siah:'( I really wanted 2 try tat even though it looks quite scary. Nvm... There's always another chance 4 me... Practised our cheer 2 make it even better. N we were supposed 2 get out of the room @ 6p.m. but dunno y they juz called our group. They wanted us 2 change into the t-shirt 4 the campfire. After changing, we went 2 the canteen there 2 meet... To eat our dinner of course!!! After tat we practised those cheers tat we were supposed 2 cheer. Ks... The sky was very dark in no time. We had 2 gather @ the place 4 the campfire. Soon we settled down. Yah the campfire started after the speech from our sch principal. N we started to cheer... Cheered n cheered... Performed n performed.... then the speech from our principal n the campfire was over... had our "meeting". Wrote our little thoughts in our booklet given. Then bathe... Same things happened... Bathing in the toilets there is gross!!! yah slept after tat... Erm... One of my frenz said things in her dreams. N ppl who is still awake laugh at her... after a few min she still say something. N i ask her 2 keep her mouth shut as it is really difficult 2 sleep when someone is distracting. Woke Up the next morning and prepared my haversack. Soon... Had our breakfast, did area cleaning after breakfast... Sang and cheered, say wat we felt... N say bye bye n got back 2 sch!!! The end of the camp but it was really a good experience tat i can't describe with wat i write in this blog!:)
